In this day of stiff competition, it is incumbent on companies to distinguish themselves in some way to gain a much-needed advantage. The service department at Fred Beans Ford has always done a fine job, but on the occasion of an outstanding job, I think it deserves mention. Such is the case with Mike Kilgus. Mike recently handled the service of my '99 Mustang Cobra. He went the extra effort to make sure I was fully informed of the progress of the service and even had the vehicle stored inside the shop as these models tend to get vandalized. He also put me on to the AutoRewards program, which looks to be a great deal. The next day he followed up on the quality of the service (which, by the way, was excellent).
